Producer’s comment: Complex and elegant. Well structured, complex and balanced with sweet tannins and well thoroughly toasted wood assemblies.

Climate: Continental highlands climate with hot summers and cold dry winters.

Soil type: Stony, heavy soil of volcanic origin.

Serving suggestions: Best served with red meat, hard cheese and charcouterie. Ideal serving 16 to 18 °C.
