Producer’s comment 

Deep red colour of this wine is combined with the intensity of ripe red fruit aromas, further enhanced by the mouth filling medium long finish. Late harvest selection and hand sorting of the grape gives this wine depth, complexity and elegance.

Climate Average temperature is 11 °C, which fluctuates annually between 22 °C in July and − 1 °C in January. Average precipitation can reach 710 mm and it is foggy for over 100 days a year.
Soil Predominantly clay.
Vinication Hand harvested grapes are selected on the table before cold maceration. Fermentation is carried out at 26-28ºC for 20 days. Malolactic fermentation is realized in tanks.
