Climate Severe continental climate. Vineyards are situated at an altitude of 1.000 meters above sea level.
Vinication Hand harvested in small boxes. Pressing with an inert atmosphere. The juice is fermented at 14-16ºC for about 3 weeks. Second fermentation is carried out in stainless steel pressure tanks (autoclaves) during 4 months.
Serving suggestions fried food and sushi, as well as vegetables, poultry, light and heavy cheeses.
Ideal serving 8 °C.
